Dr. Austin is incredible. I had intense inflammation pain in my neck 24 hrs a day probably related to an old mountain biking crash. It got so bad after 5 months I couldn't sleep. I went to a spine specialist who recommended injections in the spine facets at C5-C6 which did nothing, and taking Celebrex which helped very little. Then she wanted to kill the nerves to take away the pain. Instead I went to Dr. Austin and after just 3 visits the pain was reduced by 90%, and now after 8 visits is almost gone completely and I am tapering off the pills. He also discovered the cause of the worst pain in the upper neck and back of my head which the specialist missed entirely. It was due to my skull being crooked and twisted on the C1 vertebrae. This pain is history as well now! This person really cares about people. Hope this review helps others to get relief.

My daughter was referred by my midwife to Dr. Melanie after she was born due to having torticollis and plagiocephaly likely due to her position in utero. She started seeing Dr. Melanie at just 2 weeks old. After going to the chiropractor regularly a few times we started to notice a difference in how much more comfortable she seemed early on. She has since slept through the night since she was 7 weeks old and has been a very happy and content baby. She continues to see Dr. Melanie as we notice differences in either her mannerisms or her mobility and continue to notice relief after each time she sees her! Dr. Melanie on top of simply delivering effective care is extremely caring and compassionate including personal text message follow ups! My son tilted his head to one side when he was born. We had been told to try chiropractic care to help him & we never went back. Doctor Melanie is the best! He is doing so much better & honestly loves going. He’s 7 months and we still go ever couple of weeks! I never honestly knew all the other benifits that came with chiropractic care in a baby. I walked into Dr. Ron's establishment with severe injuries, referal by a family member, I have always been skeptical about chiropractic treatment all of my life, I didn't believe it would be beneficial to recovery at all, but the pain was so overwhelming I really didn't have anything to lose at that point in time as I struggled to walk or even comfortably sit. I can now say It was hands down the best medicine for my injury, it was rapid and beneficial to getting me almost completely perfect again in roughly one years worth of treatment, although I have recently been diagnosed with spinal stenosis years later, I believe stemmed from the initial injury that I had set up treatment for with Dr. Ron, I can tell you that Dr. Ron and team do know exactly what they are doing with an extensive history of generations of family healthcare practices in this field, if you're injured or even sore, they will absolutely help, with adjustments or even a simple massage (I want to say they even specialize in adjusting family pets) Burkhhaulter is absolutely a first class establishment with the most wonderful staff/team, I couldn't have received better care from anyone else, hands down 5 stars all the way.
