Dr. Bocchino received a B.A. in mathematics from Marist College in New York. He programmed computers near Wall Street in New York City and then in Los Angeles. After exposure to chiropractic following a car accident, Dr. Bocchino developed a love for chiropractic and graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles as valeditorian of his 1987 class. He started his practice in Costa Mesa in 1987 and moved to Irvine in 1991.Dr. Bocchino became interested in chiropractic after an auto accident. His pain worsened for six months while being treated by different specialties of traditional medicine and physical therapy. Discouraged with the treatment results, Dr. Bocchino sought chiropractic treatment and his symptoms completely resolved. With his love and amazement of chiropractic, Dr. Bocchino entered at Cleveland Chiropractic in Los Angeles and graduated as valedictorian of his 1987 class. Upon graduating, he started his practic in Costa Mesa in 1987. He moved to Irvine in 1991 opening Bocchino Chiropractic in Harvard Place at the corner of Harvard Avenue and Main Street and stayed there until 2013. In January 2014, Dr. Bocchino moved his practice to a brand new, larger facility on MacArthur Blvd. near Main Street, just off the 405 Freeway in Irvine.

Dr. Bocchino specializes in patients with difficult and chronic conditions in addition to auto injuries, worker's compensation, slip and falls, sports injuries, scoliosis, sciatica, migraine and chronic headaches. He also works on frozen shoulders, knee, ankle and wrist pain. Dr. Bocchino uses a variety of techniques including traditional chiropractic adjustments as well as non-force methods which are ideal for pregnant women, infants and elderly patients. Dr. Bocchino utilizes various physiotherapy modalities including ultrasound, traction tables, active release technique, electrical muscle stimulation, heat and ice. He can also provide orthotics. His goal is to get you out of pain and keep you out of pain. To help with this goal in stablizing your condition, Dr. Bocchino will provide exercises for long term correction. Dr. Bocchino has a long term relationship with orthopedic surgeons and MRI facilities for those cases he believes needs further evaluation and assistance.

A friend recommended Dr Bocchino to me last year because I was having chronic neck pain. I also have back pain and most recently hip pain. My neck pain has improved 100% and lower back pain is now minimal. My hip pain has lessened as well. I get an adjustment now every two weeks and feel so much better. Unlike some other chiropractors I’ve seen that seem to do their same “routine” without listening to me Dr. Bocchino asks how I am, what concerns I have and he listens! Both he and his office manager Colette are great people. I highly recommend Dr Bocchino.

Believe me, Dr Bocchino is amazing. He is very kind and he has helped all of my family. We have gone to him with stiff necks, stuck shoulders, sciatica and other ailments and we walk out like new. He is magical indeed. He accepts insurance. If you don’t have insurance, his prices are totally reasonable for adjustments and x-rays. He’s A+++ You won’t regret visiting him.

WOW! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bocchino what a miracle worker! I always get a little scared when i go to the chiropractor but Dr. Bocchino always made me feel at ease. I have upper neck and back problems but after seeing Dr. Bocchino I felt 1,000 times better. Dr. Bocchino truly helped- he was very patient with me and always cared about how my back and neck were feeling when adjusting. He worked with my schedule and was very flexible with the times I could come in. Best Chiropractor in OC hands down! Highly recommend

This is a great office with wonderful staff. Dr. Bocchino is amazing! I have gone to Chiropractors my whole life and his is one of the best!! When I first came to him, I had a lot of issues with my neck and hips and because of Dr. Bocchino, I have never felt better! Collette is a joy who always greets you with a smile and is gets you the appointment you need! I highly recommend this office, you won't be disappointed! I promise!

I've been seeing Dr. Bocchino since 2013 and know I'll leave feeling much better than when I arrived. I can walk in with a full blown migraine and feel immediate relief upon adjustment. Dr. Bocchino and Collette are always warm, and friendly and take great care of me and my husband. Flexible hours make it super easy to get in any day. Very nice, professional office where everyone feels like family.
