After an MRI my doctor's diagnosis was Advanced degenerative C-spine with spinal stenosis in multiple spots. Dr. Pernsteiner also saw the MRI results and explained that arthritis was rampant in my neck and lower back. I asked if he could correct the curvature and he responded "no, only surgery can do that". I then asked if he could help with the pain and her replied "yes". Ultimately he was able to make my life easier with less pain and headaches as follows: 1. I can walk without my left hip making me limp. 2. I am able to move both arms behind me so I can tuck my blouse in. 3. I can move my head left & right easier to check for traffic while driving. 4. I don't wake up at night with pain every time I turn over. 5. I can sit at my computer for hours to work without getting that awful headache. 6. He taught me the correct way to squat so my lower back doesn't seize up when I need to pick something up. (No more bending at the waist) 7. His treatments relieved a lot of the pain I had and made my days easier. However, the doctor at my last visit told me my spine is just worn out and it's going to take surgery to take the daily pain completely away. I'm so grateful to Dr. Persteiner for the pain relief he gave me. And I wholeheartedly recommend him treatments. Thank you Doctor, Diane Upton

Dr. Lucas Pernsteiner is an awesome guy to work with! I have seen a lot of different Chiropractors over the years and he definitely makes the top of the list. I usually go to see him every few months for sports related injures. He is very personable and truly has your wellbeing in mind. Not the type of Doctor that will over adjust you or leave you feeling worse than when you arrived. Dr. Pernsteiner has gotten me through a couple of serious injuries, that might've required surgery. With his kind and caring nature, he helped me regain full mobility in my shoulder after a rotator cuff injury. I can once again play ball worth my dogs and setup our farmers market booth. His treatment plans are created with the individual in mind and not a cookie cutter, one size fits all plan. I highly recommend his chiropractic services.
