About

The BioSoul Integration Center has been helping people express more life since 2002. I've combined the magic of techniques like Network Chiropractic, Brainspotting and IFS Parts Work with the healing power of Presence to create something I call BioSoul Integration. BioSoul Integration is a body-centered, energy healing technique that facilitates deep, embodied spiritual healing and soul integration. I do hands-on, group work from my office in Louisville, Colorado, as well as, online work with folks all over the world. Through BioSoul Integration my mission is to help individuals locally and around the world to create an ever-deepening connection to their bodies, their lives and their World; to help those who have felt the strong calling of their Soul's purpose to give more of their unique gifts on this planet.

Education and training

My educational journey took me from Lincoln, Nebraska where I received a Bachelors Degree in Education and Exercise Science, to Minneapolis, Minnesota and Northwestern College of Chiropractic where I received my Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. Along the way I also served in places like India and Peru. Currently I'm the founder and owner of BioSoul Integration Center in Louisville, Colorado, previously known as Network Life Center.

I'm proud to say that I've been practicing since 2002. That's nearly two decades that I've been supporting people in the Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Superior, Broomfield, Erie & Westerminster! Over the course of that time I've worked intimately with nearly three thousand people and helped them navigate the ups and downs of their healing journeys. I've worked with babies who were hours old, as well as those in their nineties, and everyone in between.

Though I've helped this wide range of folks, those who seem to be most drawn to my work tend to be those who have felt the strong calling to do the work of leaning into their growth and evolution as human beings. Often these people are practitioners themselves of some sort, whether professionally or otherwise. They may be yoga teachers, meditators, acupuncturists, chiropractors, energy workers, shamanic practitioners, healers, spiritual seekers and others and they feel called to give their gifts and share what they've learned with others.
I believe that nothing in Life is a mistake. I believe that Life is inherently intelligent. Therefore, I believe that every experience is Life trying to get our attention because there's something in every experience that is important for our growth and evolution as human beings—that is, souls in a physical body. It's through experience that Life is trying to get us to claim more of who we are as souls and give more of our soul's gifts here, on this planet, in these physical bodies and in this physical existence, because the planet and everyone on it needs what we have to offer and needs the unique flavor that each of us brings to the table.

Some of the experiences that are the loudest, and yet are experiences that we expend the most energy trying to push away, are painful experiences. Over the course of those sixteen years I've discovered something vital to our physical, mental/emotional and spiritual health and well-being: the solution to our problems can be found in the pain and the painful parts of life.

When we turn towards our pain it becomes a portal that leads to a place in us where the illusion of separateness collapses and the parts of our bodies and souls that have been disconnected can be reunited. In this place the potential energy that was bound up in the pain and the polarity in our bodies and lives is transformed into wisdom that releases our bodies, informs our lives and compels us to give our gifts.

I discovered Dr Jay’s website while browsing the topic of Jungian archetypes online. I signed up for his newsletter and received the offer for a Brainspotting session. I did some exploring about Brainspotting and decided to try it. Although I had never met Jay in person, I immediately felt comfortable with him on Zoom. I decided to dive in to the possibility of releasing some of my darkest and most persistent patterns. The first session surprised me at the depth of emotion that emerged. Jay was wonderful at holding space for the unraveling of the trauma. Toward the end of the second session I was pretty blown away by both the intensity and the intelligence of the body as it went into a release state. Although he was a fairly new practitioner, his background in personal development and experience as a healer allowed him to readily adapt to this method. Thank you, Dr Jay, for your compassionate presence during these sessions. I’m now noticing a deeper, more consistent level of self acceptance.

I first saw Jay from 2015-2016 and I saw some deep shifts in my emotional and physical well-being. One of the most profound results of our time was that my menstrual cycle returned after stopping for 21 years! No other treatment I had used prior to seeing Jay had ever worked, and I did almost every natural remedy out there!! Herbs, acupuncture, reiki, etc. Due to financial reasons I had to pause our treatments and wouldn't you know it, my cycle eventually stopped again. Fast forward to 2020 and I kept feeling a need to see him again, so I finally went back and after my very first treatment my cycle returned - this is now 4 years later when I didn't have my cycle again. I don't think its a coincidence. Jay has a magic gift that I don't think he even fully realizes - he is so humble and gracious and patient. He allows for all the space you need to express and feel everything. Its a gift to be able to see him and I am so grateful for his work. My whole family now sees Jay and I couldn't recommend anyone else for this kind of healing modality.

My best friend encouraged me to see Jay because she said her treatments with him had improved her posture. I had been unhappy with my posture for years so I thought I would give Jay a try. The first time Jay put his hands over my back I felt something I can't explain. During my weekly visits I see pictures while I am on the table that carry meaningful messages. What has been the biggest surprise is the profound dreams I have after a treatment. Dreams that deliver clear spiritual messages in words I can remember and repeat the next day. My posture is improving too but the time spent on the table is more about waking up parts of me that are asleep and getting a glimpse of what is beyond my day to day reality.

I came to Jay and the Network Life Center via a co-worker's recommendation. My journey to regain my physical health following a long ago car accident had netted improvement, but daily pain and managing physical activity to not aggravate it was constant. Since beginning sessions with Jay, I am able to live the physical aspect of my life more fully, welcoming regular yoga, dance and hiking back into my life. General well being has also improved with increased calmness and feeling of being able to handle the things that come my way. I find there are more layers to the work and my healing continues at an ever deeper level. Jay meets his practice members wherever they are -- and continues to do so along the way. I encourage anyone seeking to improve their health to learn more about the care offered at the Network Life Center.

Jay is a powerful clear conduit for healing. Everytime I go for a session I experience deep healing on all levels, and often have big shifts in my physical, emotional, and spiritual awareness. He is my go to person for any concerns which are manifesting in my physical body. I also took a yoga/meditation class with him that was fantastic!! Bottom line, you will get results in working with Jay, often in ways that you had no idea were needed or even possible!
