About

Being born and raised in Thomasville, I am excited to return to home to help bring a higher level of Physical Therapy care to the region. After graduating with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, I was accepted into the the Orthopedic and Practice Management Residency at LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA. I am fortunate to have been able to have such a great education thus far, from the Thomas County Schools to my Physical Therapy training. Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with my wife Jenn and our English Springer Spaniel Charlie, cheering on the Florida State Seminoles, and going hunting and fishing.After Dr. Carlton completed his Orthopedic Residency, he returned to his hometown of Thomasville to open Big Oak Physical Therapy. Since our opening earlier this year, we have worked closely with many other medical providers in our region to improve upon the already excellent healthcare system we have.
