About
Dr. Megan D. McConnell, M.S., D.C. is a chiropractor and the clinic director at Benicia Wellness Center. Dr. McConnell uses a patient-centered, evidence based approach in her chiropractic treatment, with an emphasis on active care and patient education. Dr. McConnell has built a practice that demonstrates health and happiness can be achieved outside of the paradigm of traditional health narratives. Dr. McConnell graduated summa cum laude from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 1996 while she completed the science-based prerequisites for chiropractic school. In 2001, she graduated summa cum laude from Life Chiropractic College West with a Doctorate of Chiropractic. Her educational pursuits continue throughout her career. She earned her most recent degree, a Master of Science in Human Factors and Ergonomics, from San Jose State University in 2014.Located in the heart of downtown Benicia, Dr. McConnell and her team have served as a beacon for health & wellness for individuals and local businesses since 2001.
