Hi there! We are Carleigh and Angela, co-owners of the Bay Area Brain Spa. We are #biohackers and #selfcare lovers who are passionate about helping others on their wellness journey. Starting with #neurofeedback as our top technology, we have curated some of the most cutting-edge wellness tech around to be able to offer mind and body wellness. We opened the Brain Spa with the vision of a place where people with the common destination of self-improvement and optimal performance could gather and share the journey together. We'd love to have you join us!Angela (Mind Balance Neurofeedback) and Carleigh (SuperBrain Neurofeedback) are local neurofeedback business owners who came together to offer community brain training days, providing low-cost neurofeedback events in an effort to make the benefits of neurofeedback more accessible to everyone. They saw the power of community and the need for accessibility to brain training for all. Bay Area Brain Spa was born when Angela and Carleigh decided to open a permanent home for community brain training. We all know when we come close to the edge of burn out and I knew (actually I could feel) I was there. Between work demands, transitioning into menopause and the symptoms that come with it - I needed something not only for my body, but also for my mind. I was so thankful to find Bay Area Brain Spa. I LOVE Bay Area Brain Spa. I was introduced to them as they are a neighbor on Solano Avenue where I work. Angela and Carleigh welcomed me with open arms and a wealth of information on their services. I was immediately treated like a member of their BABS family and felt so at home. I had previously tried a couple of similar services at another wonderful self-care spa but the suggested I try the Neurofeedback (for sleep and hormones) as well as the Salt Booth (for my respiratory issues). I loved everything so much I signed up for a special package to try all the services. Additionally, everyone who works at BABS is so wonderful - genuinely lovely people who care and ALWAYS have a smile!
