About
Balance was created by its founder Kelli Precourt. The goal was to bring a high standard of health and fitness instruction while maintaining a fun and inviting atmoshere. As a 1996 Olympian, Kelli brings over 20 yrs of experience in health and fitness into the daily classes at Balance. With the help of the Balance Team including her husband Dr. Bart, (health coach, speaker, chiropractor) being active and healthy is fun!

We are a botique studio specializing in vinyasa yoga, spinning, fitness classes, massage, acupuncture and chiropractic care. We offer an amazing selection of women's retail along with yoga accessories and nutritional suppliments. We offer a 200 hour vinyasa teacher training.
