Dr. Dean and Dr. Liz are wonderfully caring practitioners who take the time to listen and understand what is going on each time myself or my family members are in for an appointment. I am always amazed at the immediate impact their work has on my and my family’s quality of life and quality of effort in each of our athletic endeavors. I would highly recommend Back In Balance to anyone that is looking for a noninvasive treatment for all the things that creep up on you and make life less comfortable.

After getting passed around to several chiropractors and practitioners to help manage my chronic pain for many years, I was referred by several people to Back In Balance. For nearly 15 years, Kristen has worked holistically with my entire body and she is so much more than a chiropractor and has an incredible team! She is a true healer and has helped me learn how to care for myself and how to listen to my body in ways no doctor or medical professional ever has. If you want an office that truly cares about you, this is it!! Olivia, one of her receptionist goes above and beyond to make scheduling easy and thoughtful.

I had a wonderful experience at Back In Balance. I came in with acute neck pain and was so grateful to be seen so quickly. Dr. Liz was warm, attentive, and clearly very skilled—I felt genuinely cared for and in good hands throughout my visits. After a few sessions, my neck improved significantly. The front office team was also kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I truly appreciate the care I received and would highly recommend Back In Balance.

I cannot begin to say how much help I have received from this practice! I have been with them since 2012 when I was extremely sick and no other doctor could find anything wrong. I tell everyone that I truly believe I would not be here today if it were not for the care and help I’ve received from Back in Balance. I certainly would not be living the productive and active life today that I do if it were not for them. These doctors have found and treated things with me that no other doctor even thought to look for. It truly is amazing how much they know and even more - how much they care and don’t just give up because it gets difficult to figure out. Trust me - I think they’d say I’ve been one of their more complicated patients to figure out. Lol. From colitis to severe issues with gluten, emotional struggles, sinus and back problems and everything in between - they have helped me with more than I can even recall. Again, I don’t think be here without their treatment! I cannot recommend them enough! 🩷
