I have been going to Avita for many years now. My constants are Richard for acupuncture (AMAZING!) and Sebastian for massage (incredible!), but I have seen other practitioners there and they are all wonderful. The front end ladies and admins are fantastic! I definitely recommend Avita.

A warm, caring and inviting space. I was a visiting walk in, and although they were fully booked the receptionist encouraged me to leave my number in case of cancellation. I got an early appointment with Cassidy and she was delightful. Knowledgeable, polite but chatty, she assessed me thoroughly and gave me some exercises to help my situation. I would love to go back for a follow up, but sadly I am leaving the area tomorrow.

My family have used Avita for years now for physio and RMT needs. The clinic is fabulous. The design and layout is very calm and relaxing. The fresh, chilled lemon water or herbal tea available are very nice touches.
The services offered are top notch. The staff are all excellent, friendly and highly professional. Adrian is an amazing physiotherapist. Knowledgeable, well trained and very experienced. He is also very thoughtful, personable and interesting. It is a pleasure seeing him for physio.

I have been suffering with an unbearable hip/back issue that was causing daily unrelenting pain and numbness down the back of my right leg right to the sole of my foot. I tried dry needling with Collin Kirby and was amazed at his knowledge and ability. I was thrilled with the huge improvement after just my first session. I've had 2 sessions now and am so happy to have found a treatment to heal my issue. The Avita space is bright, clean and welcoming. Collin is very down to earth and made me feel comfortable immediately and after a thorough assessment I knew I was in expert hands. Very grateful :)

Richard is the kind of practitioner you feel lucky to have found. He has a true gift, and there’s a lightness and warmth to his energy that sets the tone for everything. He combines acupuncture, acupressure, cupping, and tuning fork sound therapy in a way that addresses the whole body. Every session feels both deeply relaxing and genuinely transformative. I’m always amazed when the hour is up, because it feels like so much more has happened. I leave feeling completely renewed every single time — I can’t recommend him enough.
