I wish I could give more than 1 star but I can not. The receptionist and the Dr. were both extremely nice. I however did not come to a chiropractor to make friends. I scheduled a new patient exam. This cost $70. I expected to go over my health and everything that is a concern for me , take some measurement's and maybe take a xray. The only thing we did was chat about what brought me here and then he felt around on my neck and began adjusting. Dr. did not make notes on my file or give me any warnings when he was about to adjust me. There was no Qing of breath in and breath out. He just would adjust. I know some people don't mind this but communicate with your patient to see what they prefer. Like I said, friendly people, but I did not spend $70 on a new patient exam to get a 20 min adjusting. I didn't feel like a new patient at all. I have canceled my appointments and have gone else where. Where they took the time with me to figure out what is going on.

Dr. Clarke is very caring and careful. He has done a lot to help my body feel and function better! I appreciate his gentle method of adjusting.

I have seen Dr Clark for years. He is always kind, informative, and helpful in relieving my neck discomfort and pain. He’s also given me instructions over the years of things that I can do from home to help avoid my discomfort. I’ve had massages through Avad as well. They’ve always been divine!

Whether you’re looking to be adjusted or get a massage, this is the place for you! Dr. Kauffman and the ladies in the office are eager to help get you feeling better as quickly as possible. And when I say that, I mean they will spend as much time needed with you to get you feeling your best. Would HIGHLY recommend Avad to anyone looking for chiropractic care!

You can call to make an appointment during business hours or go online to make one any time of the day or night. Whether new patient or for an adjustment. The website is very easy to use. Everyone has been very friendly and caring. The office is very easy to get to, right off of 33, and always has parking available. I watched my friend's progress of healing after painful bulging disks, going for treatments with Clarke. I have not had good experiences in the past with chiropractors but Clarke stepped up to the challenge with a smile. You will not be another payment on the assembly line of patients like some others...he truly listens, genuinely cares, explains things before he adjusts, and wants you well. He will earn your trust as be has been mine. :)
