Founding Values The founding values of AIH&S are (1) To supply medical, dental, psychological, legal, social, educational and related services to eligible American Indian/Alaska Natives requesting such services. (2) To develop and improve techniques for servicing the American Indian/Alaska Native community. (3) To encourage the formation and operation of services and programs addressing needs as they develop.

Welcome to American Indian Health & Services (AIH&S), where we provide quality medical, dental, pediatric and behavioral health services to all members of our community. Established in 1994 as a Santa Barbara based non-profit, our community clinic has served the Central-Coast's healthcare needs for over twenty years. Our patient-centered medical home model organizes primary care in a manner that emphasizes care coordination and communication between the patient and provider and outside specialists. We cultivate more engaging patient relationships and achieve better health outcomes by putting patients' needs first.
