I am loyal, kind and punctual to businesses that provide quality service, but unfortunately my experience at this clinic left me feeling insignificant and disregarded. My appointments were extremely rushed, sandwiched tightly between other back to back appointments, leaving no time for meaningful discussion. Neck adjustments were performed without enough tissue softening, leaving me stressed that my neck incurred more damage than when I walked in. When X-rays were taken, which I don’t actually think were necessary, I was fear mongered into believing that if I don’t attend weekly chiropractic care that I would incur irreparable damage (all I had was common tech neck). The solution was a one-time payment of $3,000+ for 3x/week visits over a certain period of time. The following week I visited another chiropractor, who explained to me candidly that my issue can be simply alleviated with at-home exercises. There are other short stories during my visits that I’d like to share, but for now I’ll leave it at that. I am sorry to leave this review, but after many months of contemplating whether I should share my thoughts, I’ve felt it just to make others aware before considering a visit.

The Aligned Team is a caring group of professionals — they are thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, considerate and always flexible in extenuating circumstances. Drs. Brian and Mike have made a huge and positive impact on my health. I can’t thank the Drs. enough for all they have done over the years. The support staff are always happy, helpful and efficient. I am very grateful to have this support in my life and I highly recommend the Aligned Chiropractic team to anyone seeking chiropractic support.

The team at Aligned Chiropractic are super responsive & warm, and the office is welcoming, well-organized, and efficient. My back is a mess. It took me 8+ years to get into this condition, and I know it's going to take some time, and I'm encouraged that I'm already seeing a few glimmers of improvement. Dr. Banman has done a great job educating me on the purpose of the treatment prescribed, and was great about setting expectations about what we're going to accomplish. I've explored numerous healing modalities over the years, trying to alleviate this chronic pain, and it's easy to get caught up in hype and snake-oil. This is absolutely not that. They've got some great technology that resonates with my Type-A side: charting HRV, x-rays, nerve scans, that is a really useful data set to compliment my subjective experience of my pain. The goal setting was a great initial exercise and very meaningful to come back to as we progress. It's a very supportive experience to be in the care of a team with this degree of care, knowledge, and planning.
