Adams Chiropractic is run by a husband and wife chiropractic team who started this office while raising 5 daughters. One of their daughters, Samantha, is now a chiropractor herself and has joined the family business. Previously from Santa Barbara Chiropractic and Sportsmedicine, Dr. Jim Adams created his own sportsmedicine practice which developed into the multidisciplined family practice they now share.

Education and training
Quality chiropractic adjustments by hand, with optional roller table massage beforehand to prepare you for adjustments. We adjust the spine and extremities and are able to strap or tape injured areas for support. We use ice pack application to decrease inflammation post adjustment. Most insurance accepted.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Adams for a few sessions now - she is very knowledgeable, and will point out what she’s doing on spine models and pictures she has in the room, and talk you through what’s happening (which I love). Her mix between chiro adjustments, heated scrapers, body work and fancy chiropractic tools that I don’t have a name for get the job done. She’s been able to establish much greater movement in my neck in a very short period of time!

Dr. Sami is truly gifted. I’ve been to many chiropractors over the years but no one can hold a candle to Sami. She watches you move, listens to your areas of concern and addresses them through a multi-faceted approach. She takes her time and genuinely cares. After just two visits with Sami, I’m feeling chronically tight areas in my body release (and these are areas that I had just decided could not be fixed and I’d have to live with). Sami is giving me my body back in a way that I truly did not think was possible. I’m so beyond grateful to have been referred to her, I can hardly put it into words. Thank you so much, Dr. Sami! Oh, and I highly recommend the cupping with your adjustment!

Dr. Samantha Adams is AMAZING!!!! This is not a 'crack and go' appointment, she takes the time to do soft tissue work and gentle chiropractic. If you haven't tried cupping (and I had not) I highly recommend you try it. It made a significant difference in my neck and calves -- and doing it before the adjustment works wonders. I’ve been seeing Dr Sami for about 6 months now and I can’t recommend her enough. She’s helped alleviate major lower back pain and shoulder issues from sports after only a few sessions. Whether it be cupping or an adjustment, each visit feels specially tailored to my needs and she always takes the time to explain what she’s doing. If you’re dealing with pain and want a blend of traditional and more modern treatments, this is the place to go!

Adam’s Chriropactor has been a LIFE SAVER many times! Every time I have gone I come out feeling MUCHA BETTER!! Their family practice makes it feel so cozy with now their daughter Samantha “Sammy” doing laser therapy and hot cup therapy, it’s the dream team in town! Everyone there is always very pleasant to talk to and I try to go at least once a month to keep my body aligned and functional given I am an active player.
I cannot say enough of how many times I have walked in barely able to walk and they do their magic and I come out wanting to go play! Thank you Maria and Sammy for always being there to help!
