Previously from Santa Barbara Chiropractic and Sportsmedicine, Dr. Jim Adams created his own sportsmedicine practice which developed into the multidisciplined family practice they now share.

Quality chiropractic adjustments by hand, with optional roller table massage beforehand to prepare you for adjustments. We adjust the spine and extremities and are able to strap or tape injured areas for support. We use ice pack application to decrease inflammation post adjustment. Most insurance accepted.
