Kari has been practicing for over 15 years in out-patient orthopedics and sports medicine practices. She opened Accelerated Physical Therapy in February of 2007. Kari received a Master of Science Degree in Kinesiology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia and a Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. Kari is a Maitland Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and is a proud member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Kari has treated a wide variety of orthopedic injuries, worked with patients of all ages and as even worked with professional athletes. She has speciality training in dry needling as well.Opened in 2007 under the name Accelerated Physical Therapy. The name was changed in 2015 to Active Body Physical Therapy & Wellness. Same place, same great staff, just a new name!
