I had a great experience with physical therapy as I recovered from total hip replacement surgery. I love the low-key, relational environment and the fact that I was able to work with three different therapists on a rotating basis: Elizabeth, Tristian, and Savannah, each of whom brought their own unique insights and approach to my therapy with a combination of encouraging and challenging me. I highly recommend Ability on Aloma Avenue in Winter Park.

Elizabeth is an excellent physical therapist- very knowledgeable and caring. She has helped me loosen and relax my hips and my legs, and I am feeling better. Lots of work ahead but I am going in the right direction. All the staff in this office is wonderful and also welcoming. Highly recommend!

I was referred to this PT practice and specifically to Mike Kaplan the Physical Therapist, by my internist, for bilateral mid-thoracic back pain. Mike listened attentively to my medical history, signs and symptoms carefully and came up with a series of exercises which relieved my pain and gave me exercises to do while at home. He has great clinical skills, he is extremely friendly and with great interpersonal skills. I would wholeheartedly refer anyone needing a quality Physical Therapist to Mike at the Ability Rehab facility in Winter Park.

I continue to be impressed by this office. The staff is friendly and helpful and I have made substantial progress both times I have been treated here. After my previous positive experiences, I continue to rely on the location even though it’s quite a drive for me and I pass many other PT offices on my way there. Many thanks to Michael, Anthony and the other therapists as well as Takeah (I probably spelled her name incorrectly) who makes appointments and takes care of billing.

I am extremely satisfied with the physical therapy that I have received from Ability, Michael and Erin are excellent at therapy and helping me get back to a normal life before and after my total knee replacement. I would highly recommend Ability and all of their Physical Therapists!
