Dr. Heather Brown

WHAT A LOSS TO THE COMMUNITY!!*** ---------------------------- My review is long, but is a must-read if you have tried everything and you are looking for REAL pain relief fast. On my first visit 4 1/2 years ago to Well Adjusted Chiropractic/Dr. Heather Brown, I laid down on the table, ready to be put into weird positions, and a ton of force be applied to "crack" my spine (since every chiropractor I have ever been to does adjustments that way), so I was shocked when she told me she only uses a special instrument called the Activator. I know I have seen another chiropractor use this instrument in the past, only after he had tried to adjust me the 'regular' way, and he hadn't been able to get part of my spine to move. I had wondered in the past if that instrument really did much. So, when Dr. Heather told me she uses that instrument, I was VERY skeptical. But, since I was there already, I figured, let's give it a try. I am now 100% a believer in the Activator method Dr. Heather uses. From the first adjustment, and every time after, I have felt SO much better, so quickly, AND the results last. The results for me are almost immediate, or immediate. I have walked in there many times with my back out in so many places, and in pain, and have walked out feeling immediately better, or within hours. Finding this place has been a lifesaver to me. I have even brought my 90 year old mother in, who, after bringing her to the ER for severe pain, found out her back had degenerative issues, severe spinal stenosis, and a disc pushing on a nerve, which was causing her a lot of pain when she tried to get up, etc (&she has a very high tolerance for pain). I started bringing her to Dr. Heather, and after maybe 6 visits (in 2 weeks), she was 100% again. No pain. Perfect walking and getting up again with no problem. And, she has not had a problem since, and that was Dec 2018. Then, if this all wasn't good enough, one day I walked into her office to get an adjustment, and I was a nervous wreck, with major anxiety and very stressed out, dealing with family issues that have been ongoing. This particular day was very bad, and I couldn't calm down. Dr. Heather told me my sympathetic nervous system was basically in overdrive. She performed this technique, called the Logan method, that I will never forget....ever... When she starts to do it, you can't believe it would do much. But, every single time I get that done from her, all my stress and anxiety is GONE by the time she is done. I go into this deep relaxation state while she is doing it. My breathing slows down...I can feel my muscles release....and by the time she is done, I feel like I am in the most relaxed state, to where I literally feel like I cannot move from the table for awhile. It is helpful for anxiety, and, I would believe, even for depression, because it left me with a feeling of well-being and feeling peaceful. With all Dr. Heather has to offer, with her wealth of knowledge about the body/spine, her wonderful supplements and other services she offers, and of course, her gentle, and amazing, Chiropractic adjustments with the Activator that produce quick relief from pain, I can't recommend Well Adjusted Chiropractic/Dr. Heather enough!!

I enjoy this non-abrasive approach to Chiropractic care. My body handles it to much better than traditional chiropractic that I had gone to for 20+ years. I am seeing more value and feeling more relief for longer periods of time. Dr. Heather has a gentle approach.

I started going to Dr. Brown after I started getting some low back pain after playing golf. At first I was very skeptical of the gentle technique she used. But let me tell you I'm so glad that I gave it a try. It has done wonders for not only my back pain but my golf swing as well. After an adjustment I just feel so much more coordinated and have a lot more power in my swing, which is a huge advantage for any golfer. I would definitely recommend anyone that plays golf or any sport for that matter to give Dr. Brown a try.
