I have been a patient for two years. Since coming to Dr. Chad, my health has improved immensely! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. His assessment of me was very thorough and with his expertise, he was able to identify the root cause of my health issues. He then developed a treatment plan for me and I am now pain free! His wife Tabatha always greets me warmly. She is a very caring and positive person like Dr. Chad. She has always been kind in helping me with any scheduling conflicts.
