I have been seeing Dr. Laura for 10 years now. I followed her from La Mesa to OB and willingly make the drive because she is a great practitioner. I love that in addition to adjustments she has other services like deep tissue massage and cupping.

I have been to many chiropractors in my life, and can say Dr. Laura is fantastic. She has a simple no-frills office with plenty of street parking available. I've been seeing her for years, and so glad I found this place. She truly listens and knows the human body. I have a couple of medical issues and, in my experience, doctors want X-rays and an extensive obligation to treat, when I just want semi-regular adjustments and a management plan. I found that here. Her cupping and muscle work is amazing, and she gets movement on adjustments without discomfort. I always feel better after leaving. She offers advice and references, provides homework when necessary, doesn't scold, doesn't pre-book your next visit, and has never tried to upsell me. If you're looking for a big practice with all the bells and whistles, this is not it. It's one-on-one time with a knowledgeable and empathetic doctor who listens and knows what they're doing. Highly recommended.
