Came here in October 2023 with a laundry list of issues. The healing started almost immediately. Chiropractic adjustments and therapy sessions with heat and lasers are utilized to get into the problem areas and open them up so they can heal. Stretching exercises are also included. It was painful for quite a while but it paid off. My life is in a better place now. I can ride, bike, and exercise now. There is a lot of knowledge at Hill Country Spine and Sport. They utilize various methods to get your spine aligned. Muscle work and spinal manipulation are part of it as well as you doing your part at home with stretching and strengthening the muscles. Everyone here is all in on you getting back to being healthy. I waited too long to get started. So my recovery took longer. I should have been here months before I actually did make the decision.
