I have been dealing with horrible throbbing pain down my left leg for about 8 months. My right leg also ached which made it difficult to stand or walk for very long. And I was unable to get a good night's sleep. My MRI showed severe spinal nerve compression ( Sciatica) along with stenosis and other back issues. I was desperate for pain relief as I have always been very active and refuse to live this way. My Primary Care Physician recommended I see a couple of Orthopedic Surgeons. They all wanted to do spinal fusion along with other back procedures which I knew guaranteed a lifetime of surgical pain. I let these Surgeons know that I was not interested in their recommendations and continued my search for the right doctors. FYI ..I had lower back steroid injections...physical therapy, and the Mild Procedure all of which were unsuccessful. Now, I was getting a little depressed. Pain was constant and pain pills were not my solution as they only mask the problem temporarily. My LUCKY DAY came about 2 weeks ago while searching the Internet and found FAMILY FIRST Chiropractic Wellness Center. SCIATICA was one of their specialties...Spinal Decompression is exactly what I felt I needed when I originally saw my MRI. Anyway...I met with Dr. Dawn Ely and she reviewed my MRI images with me and explained more to me about my back than all previous Drs in the past. What a Relief !!. They have the latest technology in their office for spinal decompression and after only 3 treatments I can feel pain relief is already in sight. I am beyond happy and thankful to have found them. Everyone is so nice and I know these treatments will work for me and anyone suffering with back pain. I will do another update in 4 weeks. Please call them . You do not need to live in pain! Lydia

These guys are more than chiropractors. They first do an in depth analysis of your spine and come back with some amazing information - we saw issues with my back that I didn't even realize were there. They then came up with a comprehensive plan to turn these issues around - they are helping with my migraines, incessant shoulder tension, lower back disc stuff and digestion issues. Who would have known how many of these things are connected. Amazing.

I came in weeks ago with 10/10 pain in my lower back (disc). Before trying this place out I was seen by specialist, other chiropractors, and physical therapist. The only progress i’ve seen has been by this amazing group! Friendly, supportive, and very helpful! really putting the family in the name. I 100% recommend.
