Upon entering her 30's, Lexie was ready for a change of pace and a new challenge after working in the corporate healthcare system and feeling as though she was no longer being a physical therapist. She became a PT because she wanted to help people, not necessarily because she wanted to run a business, but she was confined and frustrated with the status quo. Insurance companies focus on what a patient cannot do and dictate how therapists treat their patients; Mountain Physio can give patients the care that they need in a way that allows the focus to be on the positive. Lexie is a motivator and is able to accurately diagnose and assess movement, so time is not wasted, and optimal performance can be attained. She achieved her board certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2020 to elevate her practice and is committed to staying at the forefront of her profession. Her mission is to keep people moving and pursuing adventures in the mountains.
