Doesn’t matter who’s in the office — the whole staff is so personable and friendly! They take such a genuine, holistic approach to health. I’ve been seeing Dr. Hannah (and now Ally and Sammie, too) for almost 5 years! Five years ago, I had very little connection to my nervous system or understanding of how and where I hold stress. My periods were so irregular that I didn’t even bother paying attention to them. I don’t believe any medicine or care can “fix” or “heal” you—but I started seeing real improvements in my health when I became aware of my own nervous system and how it works. The technology in their office (like the Insight scans) has helped me learn so much about my own nervous system. Their deep understanding of the body, combined with the hands-on care during adjustments, has helped me recognize where I hold tension and how stress shows up for me physically. Checking in with my body weekly alongside a professional has taught me how to check in with myself daily. My children have grown up understanding the stress in their bodies in a much deeper way than just feeling “tight” or “off.” We have the power and ability to move our stress and take care of ourselves! The chiropractors at Wellnest are friendly, professional, and happy to answer any questions that you may have. They’re thorough in their scans to best ensure they are maximizing the results of their work without overstimulating your nervous system. The space is beautiful and inviting for kiddos as well. They also have great holistic products for sale and offer a book lending service so you can educate yourself on all sorts of topics throughout pregnancy and parenthood. You know you’re in great hands at Wellnest!

We love Wellnest and recommend it to everyone! All of the Doctors and staff are phenomenal and so understanding of each individual needs (adult and child). I started going here for prenatal care and then continued it throughout my entire pregnancy and then postpartum. I especially knew the level of care I was given in pregnancy because of what a huge difference regular visits did for me and my baby. With all the aches and pains that come with pregnancy, labor and postpartum, Wellnest is the place to go for relief and care for mom and baby!
