Been meaning to write this review for years. Vitality is the BEST. Helped me through two pregnancies and all the wear and tear desk work and toddlers wreck on your back. They are magic. 15 min and I walk out feeling better immediately. Also they’re just good human beings.

I have been going to Vitality Specific for about three years now. I came in with a lot of pain and misalignment from past injuries and accidents that was getting to be unmanageable. I also had cervical kyphosis (reversal of the curve of the neck), which led me to this practice in the first place, since they specialize in upper cervical care. The initial consult was very professional, everything was laid out for me, and I started going 3-4 times per week. Over time, I went less and less per week and now I am at once per month for maintenance. I can't even begin to express how much this has helped me, my body, and my quality of life. I am in my 30's, and I look back on how much pain I was in every day and I want to smack myself for not going sooner. I don't wake up in pain anymore, and my neck and back are aligned. When I do have a little tweak, Dr. Wolff fixes it at my next visit and I'm good to go. For me, with my severe misalignment, the process was hard, but sticking with it was so so worth it. Dr. Wolff is professional, transparent, and friendly. The office staff is always lovely. I can't recommend this place enough.
