Sarah Ferguson and Melanie Humphries joined forces in 2008 to start Village Physical Therapy. They created a business where physical therapy is the specialty and focus, not an adjunct. We are an outpatient physical therapy clinic located in downtown Holly Springs, North Carolina. We offer one on one, hands-on physical therapy services with a licensed physical therapist to treat orthopaedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, women's health, post-concussion and vestibular rehab, balance training, arthritis, and functional movement impairments using various modalities including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, SFMA, FMS, Graston and Mulligan techniques, dry needling, and cupping.
