I had excruciating low back and right sciatic nerve pain. I was in pain whether I was standing, sitting or lying down! It wasn’t only taking a toll on my physical health but mentally as well. I started seeing Dr. Holliday the beginning of April, and I have been without pain since mid April! I make sure to make it to all my follow up appointments even though I don’t need an alignment each time. I recommend Upper Cervical Health and Restoration if you are experiencing any type of pain!

I seen an immediate improvement of all symptoms , my joint pain was quickly reduced , I now have better range of motion and can do more without encountering any pain , I’m still in process for treatment but it has already made a noticeable improvement in my day to day life from sleep , headaches, pain and overall mood, if my adjustment is in I feel 21 again. This has been a very easy process and I would highly recommend to those who live in pain or a multitude of other issues. It’s actually impressive how many other issues can be resolved by treatment, anxiety depression etc. you won’t regret it !
