My chiropractor recommended I consider Spinal Networking because my nervous system has been on overdrive for 18 yrs with dealing with long time cervical neck issues, pain and severe migraines. WOW. This technique is still new to me however I am definitely getting relief with my migraines. It’s amazing to see other patients and what wisdom they achieve in their care and what they share with others. Dr Kira and Dr Suzanna are passionate about their practice and truly want to help each patient. They are very talented and supportive. Even the front desk people Kaitlin and Mimi are so kind. It’s definitely a different process! I am learning a lot about my body and how I mentally deal with my pain- and am finding new ways to move through it. Thank you Twin Waves!

I’ve been going to Twin Waves Wellness Center since April 2025 for chronic back and neck pain, emotional exhaustion, and deep grief.
