All the providers at THS are excellent, both in knowledge and client care. My experience with the group goes back 12 years with Courtney. She unequivocally has a gift for finding the best solutions for the largest and most complex issues of the human body in motion. Although the solutions presented may seem small, insignificant or even remote from where the pain resides, follow their suggestions and get great results. Highly recommend the entire staff.

I spent a year trying to recover from my second serious ankle sprain only to develop plantar fasciitis resulting in pain after any and all activities. After only four months working with Dr. Emily Schilling, my plantar fasciitis was gone! My foot and ankle are getting stronger every day. I am now able to run, ruck, climb, hike, do any yoga pose all without pain...AND I am excited to continue to work closely with her to prevent any future injuries.
