I spent the better half of a year at Thomas Nicolla after two hip surgeries, and they were great from start to finish! Everyone here is so friendly from the people at the front desk to the physical therapists. I had Elizabeth for a few weeks while I was in the pool and she was always very friendly and encouraging. On land, I had Cass for the rest of my time there and she was super friendly and very knowledgeable. She always answered all my questions thoroughly and eased any concerns I had. She was great and I highly recommend her! I hope I don't need PT again, but if I do, I know I would be in good hands here!

The care is wonderful. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable. You are never rushed or limited to a set amount of time. I could get PT services closer to home, however I travel 60 minutes because the care provided by Thomas NICOLLA PT is exceptional. The therapists are knowledgeable and friendly and they individualize your plan of care to meet your needs and goals. Mel and Cassandra are excellent Physical Therapists.
