Dr. Allen Harrison

Dr. Harrison is so fantastic. I came here after having post concussive syndrome for three years, feeling overwhelmed and tired all the time. Within four sessions I have started training for running races again. I sleep and work so much better. This is not a one size treatment for everyone, but if it happens to be the thing you need - it may be a dramatic treatment for you. I do also think Dr Harrison is honest about whether or not someone is likely to be a candidate. Good, honest guy and I will continue to go back here. Grateful to have found this place.

After years of chronic pain and tightness through my jaw, neck, and back and seeing multiple dentists, TMJ specialists, physical therapists, Dr. Harrison’s treatment has been exactly what I needed and has helped me be mostly pain-free. I immediately started feeling better within an hour of leaving the first adjustment, and I’ve gone from being in constant pain to pain-free within 2 months. Dr. Harrison is very kind and great at explaining any questions or concerns. His adjustments are very gentle and effective. I was skeptical about the type of chiropractic care Dr. Allen offers. Still, after suffering a particularly evil, BAD migraine back last month and daily headaches since childhood, I was desperate to try anything that would work. I did an internet search and discovered repeatedly that this particular type of chiropractic treatment has a reputation for being very effective for headaches. NUCCA did NOT disappoint! After my first adjustment, I had a headache twice in 7 days (remember, I have had daily headaches since childhood). This was such a relief. After my second adjustment, my regular lower back, hip, and knee pain was gone, and my headaches stayed away. Now, after my third adjustment, I am still free of pain in my lower back, hip, and knee, and I haven't had a headache since I last saw him... what's more, my monthly migraine hasn't arrived. All this time, I thought my headaches were sinus-related, or maybe water or mineral-related, or now that I am older hormone, hormone-related. It turns out it was just that my cervical spine was wonky. Yes, it was expensive. Yes, it sounds like a weird type of chiropractic care, but it WORKS! And Dr. Allen's office is inviting, comfortable, and clean. Dr. Allen himself is a very knowledgeable, friendly, and easygoing professional. There is no bone cracking or strange tools he uses to adjust you, just a very subtle, short massage-like thing he does. It's magic, and Dr. Allen is a wizard.
