I came in with neck and ankle pain, especially on the right side of my body. I had never heard of NUCA practitioners so when I was referred to see one it was amazing to see how this type of chiropractic care worked. I started seeing improvement and relief since my first alignment appointment. The staff are so friendly and care about your wellbeing. I still have another few months of care here and look forward to how much better I will continue to feel :)

I’ve had issues with dizziness and back pain for the last 6 years due to taking self-defense classes for 3 years. The choke holds and fall breaks caused my neck to become misaligned and caused scoliosis down my back when I was in my mid-twenties. I never had any back pain before that. I saw a couple of chiropractors over the years, and the last one helped greatly, but he said with all the adjustments he had done, the remaining rotation in the neck area and curvature to the spine were probably not going to improve any more. I felt like my body still had some healing left to do, so I checked out Symmetry 3 months ago. While the last chiropractor helped tremendously with the dizziness, I still didn’t feel quite right with sporadic lightheadedness and dizziness. Dr. Lindsey became my new doctor at Symmetry and I have continued to make great progress under her care. The back pain reduced to less than half what it was probably only a month in. I am able to have a more stable state of no dizziness. I can get out of bed without having to sit on the edge of the bed for 5 seconds before getting up. I can bend down to pick something up without feeling dizzy. The treatment is so easy that it doesn’t even feel real, but the results are visibly and neurologically apparent. My shoulders and hips are noticeably more even. I’m looking forward to seeing if the curvature in the spine reduces at my next follow up. This has been an answer to many prayers. Dr. Lindsey has been so nice and relatable, answers any questions I have, and reassures me along the way. I am finally starting to feel like me again – I didn’t know if that was possible after dealing with these issues for 6 years – and I’m so thankful to continue to make progress. Also wanted to note that everyone at the office has been so nice as well. Malia is extra special to me as she was so welcoming and so sweet when I was nervous at my first couple appointments.

I have had positive chiropractic experiences in the past but my experience with the Symmetry team is elevated. Dr Pat has been amazing but I also had great care with Dr Lindsey and Dr Taylor on a couple of occasions. Stiffness in my shoulder/neck is what brought me in, but I have been so impressed with the overall assessment and awareness that each of them had beyond that focused area. Pinpointing different areas of my back and hips helped get me back to where I needed to be and now I am in a much better place in preventative care! The ladies at the front are so welcoming and helpful too. Great practice!
