I cannot tell you how happy I am with the treatment I have received from Spinal Balance! I'm a person who prefers to find the root cause of problems with my health. It is very hard to find professionals who feel the same way. Most want to give you medicines to mask the problem. I have lower back pain coming from a compressed disc resulting in two of my vertebrae rubbing each other. A traditional Spine doctor told me that it was just a fact of life and I had to live with it. He also told me the pain med I was taking was not something I should rely on! Those pills were the only thing letting me function throughout my day. I saw an ad for Spinal Balance and thought I would give it a try. I went in for x-rays and a consultation. The results showed that the top bone in my spine was off center and the rest of my spine was changing to accommodate that defect and not changing in a good way! Dr. Drummond didn't waste a minute of time and got started on my adjustment on my neck and decompression for my lower back that same day. It was crazy to realize that my head had been off center for years. The change was immediate. 5 months later and my neck and upper back NEVER hurt anymore - no need for a massage or traditional chiropractic adjustments. I have had discomfort there for decades and didn't realize that wasn't a normal part of life. My lower back is improving - so much so that I don't take pain pills for it anymore. It is about 70% better and as I continue treatments monthly I believe it will continue to get better. The office is a well oiled machine and they do not waste your time. Some might complain that they do not submit claims to your insurance company. They will present you with a treatment plan and how much it will cost. They will offer you a discount if you can pay it all upfront. They will also offer you a monthly payment plan if you need it. They will print out your insurance claim forms for you to submit to your insurance company. My insurance does cover part of the cost and they reimburse me directly. I have not regretted a single penny of the cost. My back and my health are of upmost importance to me and how I function. I'm so happy I found a place that was willing to find the root cause and had a treatment plan and that the plan is working. I feel blessed to feel so much better.

Highly recommend Dr Drummond! Explains everything so thoroughly and answers all of my questions. Have only been seeing him for about 4 weeks and I have already seen great results. My husband came to spinal balance about 6 years ago for a herniated disk that gave him extreme back and sciatica pain. His next step was surgery but decided to give Dr Drummond a chance to fix him.
