Kathleen Gallen is a licensed massage therapist also certified as an Experienced Regustered Yoga Teacher ERYT, posture instructor and meditation teacher. The Spa and Yoga Studio offers a unique blend of East and West bodywork including: Thai Yoga Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Pre-Natal Massage and Yoga Classes of varying difficulty, though specializing in gentle yoga and meditation. Kathleen's staff integrate a mindful and intuitive touch with a blend of styles from their studies including long, fluid strokes of Esalen style massage to stretch and release unconscious holding patterns. Kathleen believes every 'body' has its story and, if brought to a relaxed meditative state, has the innate ability to heal itself.Previously as Gallen Massage and Yoga - Spa NorthWest provides only the highest quality massage, health and well-being yoga classes.
