There was porousness and flow, a relaxation I didn't know was even possible for a human. That area has been dense and tight for so long I thought it was just "how it is"! What a treat and a joy. The base of my spine feels so much softer after my appointment today! Every time I finish a session with Dr. Myles, I feel that my body has been transformed. For several days after, I'll feel a new level of ease in my body, and my breath and voice will be smoother and more resonant. I've been commuting here from Mountain View every week for the last several weeks because of how good the results are. I've had patterns of tension and anxiety in my body for a long time, which I feel I'm finally getting to resolve now. After these sessions, the areas that Dr. Myles has worked on will be much looser and tingly, again sometimes for days as things continue to shift.

I don’t know how to find good energy workers except by word of mouth. Dr Myles is amazing, after every session I have emotional unlocking that feel like they are the equivalent of multiple days on meditation retreat. My mind is so much quieter
