The base of my spine feels so much softer after my appointment today! Every time I finish a session with Dr. Myles, I feel that my body has been transformed. For several days after, I'll feel a new level of ease in my body, and my breath and voice will be smoother and more resonant. I've been commuting here from Mountain View every week for the last several weeks because of how good the results are. I've had patterns of tension and anxiety in my body for a long time, which I feel I'm finally getting to resolve now. After these sessions, the areas that Dr. Myles has worked on will be much looser and tingly, again sometimes for days as things continue to shift.

I don’t know how to find good energy workers except by word of mouth. Dr Myles is amazing, after every session I have emotional unlocking that feel like they are the equivalent of multiple days on meditation retreat. My mind is so much quieter

seeing myles is like condensed therapy for my body. they have a kind of psychic intuition and ability to touch into what’s going on beneath the surface in ways i’ve never experienced with a practitioner before. it feels like they are on the “cutting edge” of bodywork, and i trust will be, and are, part of healing and evolving the collective conscious. so many times i’ve gone in with weeks long held tension i haven’t found relief from through massage or acupuncture or self care and in 30 minutes I’m leaving the office feeling like I just gained a new perspective on life, tension melting away. If you can’t tell what they are doing to your body on the table, just keep going back and trust that you will be able to feel into it eventually. I’m a bodyworker myself and refer my clients to Myles. Forever grateful.
