Dr Scarborough is one of the kindest, thoughtful, & most thorough Doctors I've ever seen! (I have seen countless) Firstly, he chose to see me when I was in a desperate state, even though he had started his vacation. I discovered Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractics just last year. I wouldn't go to a mainstream chiro to be honest, but AO is completely different! Just a gentle sound wave instrument realigns the atlas bone, and the relief from so many symptoms when it's in place is astounding. Less pain, brain fog. Better sleep, energy, focus, breathing. I am a super complicated tough case, & Dr Paul has persevered; The muscle release techniques he uses make all the difference for me, they are helping so much; after 2 months, I can go longer between adjustments than I have in a long time! (which is the aim with AO!) The thing I appreciate most is his approach to take the extra time needed; advice for small practical changes that have helped so much. I've traveled from Manhattan to his new office in Bronxville. Totally worth it, & only around a half hr on Metro North train. Bronxville is the most gorgeous little town, and it's a super easy walk to the clinic. The best upper cervical care. Highly recommended. 10 stars if I could Dr Paul, Thank you so much, you’re amazing 🤗 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

For 2+ years, I was dealing with extremely frustrating, debilitating symptoms; periodic, intense vertigo attacks and awful tinnitus were chief among them. During that time, I saw dozens of doctors, had several medical tests done, and explored multiple treatment options. None of them gave me relief, some (such as exploring the TMJD route via adjustable splint) actually even made me worse. Finally, during summer 2022, Atlas chiropractic was suggested to me as a potential route to explore. I was very apprehensive, because (a) I had already explored several options and spent thousands at this point and (b) one route I had explored was a Blair chiro, with whom I had a bad experience, so I wasn't sure any type of chiro treatment would be for me. Still, I decided to give it a shot and found Dr. Scarborough through some online research. I had an initial phone call with him and was impressed by how thorough, open, and genuinely caring he was from even that first phone call. (I was more than a little jaded at this point, and had dealt with so many doctors who clearly only cared about money and/or didn't understand my symptoms, that this was extremely refreshing). During my initial visit, he spent 2-3 hours with me, throughly taking X-rays, going over my medical history, etc. One this and the exam itself all went well, one thing that really stood out to me during that first visit was him saying that if I didn't notice some noticeable improvements within the first month, he wouldn't continue seeing me because he didn't want to waste my time and money beyond that. When you're dealing with complex, chronic symptoms as I was, this is no small thing, as there are (unfortunately) a number of medical professionals who will try to push for you to come back for months or YEARS on end—even if their treatment plan is clearly not helping you. I can honestly say that within the first month of seeing him, my tinnitus gradually quieted until it became totally silent. I also got through the fall (which had been my worst time of year for vertigo attacks, due to the weather pressure changes) without any vertigo attacks whatsoever. Because I've been doing so much better, I have also been able to spread out visits (i.e., once every month or once every other month) at this point. Dr. Scarborough is also trained in trigger point therapy and includes it in his treatments. (I admittedly went into my first visit already understanding the importance of trigger points and how heavily they can impact symptoms, so this was yet another factor that convinced me to go through with treatment). I'm very grateful for Dr. Scarborough's continual care, kindness, and knowledge!
