Dr. Thomas Polucki

I'm hoping to retire next year. Now i'm really looking forward to an act ive retirement where I can get up pain free, go for a walk, go to the gym, ride my horse.... The whole purpose of not working anymore is to be more active and healthy. But for a long time, I felt like that wasn't going to happen for me. I suffered with back pain, most of my life, but it got to the point where I'd wake up so sore that I could hardly move. Over the years I have tried several chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapy... You name it, but I never found the right answer to my pain. After a particularly bad experience at a chiropractor I decided that I was going to give it just one more try. I googled chiropractors and read that doctor Polucki didn't use harsh techniques and that was very important to me. I immediately felt like doctor Polucki listened to me and was empathetic. It's only been a few months of treatment, and I already feels so much better, and I am so optimistic of my vision of a perfect healthy and active retirement.

Quick results and less fear because I know that most chiropractors twist the neck and that scares me. I especially like that Dr. Polucki gave me personalized rehabilitation exercises to do at home because no other chiropractor ever did that before. My headaches and pain in the neck have kept me from too much and now I feel like I’m getting back to my old self. And I’ve also learned how important drinking enough water is for everybody, but especially for me. I also appreciate the flexible scheduling as a full-time student. I really need to be able to get in when it’s possible and I’m always accommodated.
