Dr. Jordan & Dr. Jake Petersen PT, DPT, CSCS specialize in sports rehabilitation. Both docs have spent time with various professional sports teams and working with professional athletes to rehab and optimize their health and performance. Along with possessing their Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees, both medical professionals are Certified in Dry Needling, Manipulations and FMS (Functional Movement Systems). Along with sports rehab, both also have extensive backgrounds in treating various populations such as: headaches/migraines, neck pain, low back pain/sciatic, rotator cuff injuries, tennis elbow, knee pain and other orthopedic pathologies.Jordan and Jake began RTS with a vision of providing ultimate care spent with your Doctor of Physical Therapy. The growing trend of Physical Therapy is seeing your therapist for 10-15 min before doing exercises on your own. RTS prides themselves on providing one on one treatments with the medical professional allowing for quicker results, fewer treatment sessions and back to what you love.

Education and training
At RTS we help adults and athletes in the Scottsdale and surrounding area get back to workouts and sports they enjoy without surgery or pain medicine. All treatments are performed 1-on-1 with a Doctor of Physical therapy allowing RTS to provide optimal care and get results quicker. RTS utilized a 3-Step Process: Step 1: Find the Source of the Problem. Treat the source not just where you are having pain! We will take you through a comprehensive biomechanical assessment and identify the cause of your problem. Step 2: Fix Your Problem Areas. We will then treat the source utilizing manual techniques and correctives that are specifically tailored to you to get you back to full speed and the activities you love. Step 3: Stay At Peak Performance. Once we get you bak to exercising and performing pain free, we'll implement strategies to get you performing at even higher level than you were prior to your injury. We'll also implement strategies to "bulletproof" your body to help decrease the likelihood of future injuries occurring.
