I have seen a lot of chiropractors in my life and I absolutely love Dr. Sheppard. He is thorough, and so good at adjusting. He will adjust every joint in your body if it aches, knees, shoulders, wrists, fingers and toes. I’m so grateful for his practice. It’s very conveniently located downtown next to BOA, and the Christopher’s Runaway Gourmet cart for your tarragon chicken salad needs at lunch. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I have been a long-term patient of river city chiropractic, I met the former owner in 2012 and became a patient a few years later, then down the road Dr. Shepherds joined and took over. Dr. Shephard is the best chiropractor in richmond. I always feel better when I leave, even when I come in for regular/ maintenance care. When my back is off, Dr. Shephard can always pinpoint my problem and set me straight. I look forward to care each time. I refer a lot of my clients, friend and others to this gem of an office. Scheduling is always easy for me to book. They have easy, low stress payment/ insurance options available. My job is very physical, so I rely on chiropractic to keep me aligned and at my best! Decided to come here because my job was wearing thin on my calves and ankles. Best decision I have ever made!! Mentioned Dr. Shepherd to my mom and she was happy about the service and how she was able to move more afterwards that she told everyone at her job and they are now patients!! Recommend him to anyone and everyone.
