Dr. Scott Risley, DC is originally from Pratt, Ks. Dr. Risley recieved his undergraduate education at the Universtiy of Kansas before attending Cleveland Chiropractic College. Upon completing Chiropractic College Dr. Risley studied acupuncture under Dr. Richard Yennie, 1999 World Health Organization Man of the Year.As a highly skilled Chiropractic Physician, Dr. Risley has been trained in a wide variety of advanced treatment techniques and specializes in low force prone adjusting. Dr. Risley incorporates electrical acupuncture to increase the speed of healing.

I’ve been going to Dr. Scott Risley for close to 3 years. I had been in a lot of pain prior to seeing him for 7 years from what I thought was a previous hamstring injury. At my first visit, after first having X-rays he diagnosed it as lumbar vertebral subluxation. After 3-4 months of chiropractic treatment, I was completely pain free. Dr. Risley has been a miracle to me, as I thought I would be living with the prior pain for life. Dr. Risley is not only an excellent chiropractor, his personality and sense of humor only add to his character. He’s just amazing! I will continue to see Dr. Risley the rest of my life for maintenance and the overall health benefits chiropractic care provides. As a plus, Dr. Risley’s staff is undeniably some of the friendliest Lawrence has to offer. Thank you Dr. Risley, Katy, and Kenna!

I had a back injury 30 years ago and consequently had frequent back spasms. I tried several other chiropractors over the years, but was not able to get relief. Finally, I found a chiropractor that used a type of treatment that worked on me. So when I moved to Kansas, I wanted a chiropractor that uses the same technique. I was referred to Dr. Risley. He has kept me pain-free for over a year. And bonus, he and his staff are very friendly and compassionate. I enjoy my appointments.
