The kindness of the staff assisting with the check-in process was also notable. When I had the opportunity to meet Dr.Adam for my evaluation, his charisma, positive energy, professionalism, and expertise left me absolutely confident that I was in the right place and with the best doctor for my treatment and recovery. EVERYONE I came in contact with on my 1st visit was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was referred to Dr. Kelsey Reid by my trainer, Charlie Hay, whom I trust implicitly. (Charlie helped me avoid surgery, which my prior three physical therapists failed to do). Charlie did not steer me wrong. Dr. Reid was thorough in her examination, clear on what she was doing and why, set realistic expectations, and gave me hope that the answer to my issue would not involve drugs or surgery. After one treatment, I felt some relief, but she clarified that the relief would not be long-term and outlined our next steps. She even reached out to me the day after my appointment to see how I was feeling and to ask if I had any questions. Thorough and considerate - a great combo for a health professional.
