Traveling through town on a road trip from Vancouver, Canada, through route 66 I had severe pain in my right shoulder. He spent quite some time working with me to try and alleviate the pain. He recommended that my issue was too severe and I would need to go to the hospital. However, this was after over 45 minutes of assessment and treatment. Upon leaving, when I went to pay the bill I was told that Dr. Ptak waived the bill because, as he said "could not help me due to the swelling." This is unheard of and I want to express my deep gratitude for this gracious gesture. Highly recommend Dr. Ptak.
