It all began at the age of 16 when I did a front flip into a cenote at a high altitude. My neck made impact with the water and I was never the same. I struggled with constant pain 24/7. Had horrible neck tension that was painful to the touch. Would have to endure headaches 2-4 times a week. Always afraid that my next pitch nerve shock would happen while driving.
