I have seen many chiropractors in the last 30 years. I have spent thousands of dollars and some helped for a little while but not much of a difference. I thought I was doomed until I met Dr. Tuong Mai. First time in 30 years I could actually tie my shoes without being in pain so many things I could do that I wasn’t able to do before. I thank God there was someone out there to help me. go see him.

Dr. T helped me breathe and move a lot better since being referred to him as a local Chiro here in Milpitas but overall he’s been very valuable health & wellness resource to my longevity. I’ve suffered from sinuses most of my life with limited solutions being given to depend on allergy medications. Also suffering from misalignment in my body, Dr. T showed me how to incorporate certain exercises and stretches as well as adjustments to clear my nasal passages. Very blessed to have connect with Dr. T thank you Dr. T & Team!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Cranial Facial Release Is AMAZING! I was recommended to Dr Tuong to try CFR for a friend who’s son was suffering from a concussion injury. Her son was hesitant & scared, so I offered to try it for him as I researched its benefits. I must say I was a bit apprehensive of the technique; but Dr. Tuong was kind, patient and explained the process. I “dove in” (literally) trusting his expertise. It was extremely quick - anticipation and speed was similar to an ear piercing without the pain. It was more of a clearing sensation. I had the best and deepest sleeps following the treatment. I didn’t even know I wasn't sleeping well. And breathing from my nose versus my mouth was an AMAZING feeling that lasted for several weeks. I no longer believe I need to just live with my seasonal allergies.
