My experience with Podium Performance Care and Dr. Aidan Kaye was incredible. Aidan was extremely attentive to my back pain issue and worked with me to understand how to treat it. As a patient, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a care provider. I received multiple forms of treatment during my first appointment and had notable results before I left the office. I'd recommend Podium Performance Care to anyone who is suffering from a muscle or skeletal issue and wants to get back to peak performance.

Feeling injured, or off, or limited in some way is SUCH a frustrating thing if a certain sport or movement is a big part of your life. I was struggling with pain in my shoulder area after an accident at the gym but I couldn't figure out what was actually going on and where the pain was coming from. I had heard amazing things about Dr. Aidan from a lot of athletes I know and look up to, so I decided it was worth splurging on my medical student budget and getting some treatment. This was the best decision I've had all year, hands down. Dr. Aidan has such a calming, respectful and humble presence. He took as much time as needed to talk to me about what happened, what I'm worried about, what I hope to achieve with him, and how I'm doing emotionally. He fully recognizes how injuries/pain can be so physically and mentally debilitating, and helped me see some silver linings in the whole experience and recognize that I'm not broken. Not only this, but the neurofunctional acupuncture techniques from a single session have taken away discomfort and pain that had not gone away for over a month. Finally, Dr. Aidan is extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain everything he was doing and why. I'm sure he would be able to meet any client at the level of detail they wanted. I'm so grateful both mentally and physically for what Podium Performance Care has to offer athletes who want to feel better, perform better and learn about the resiliency of their body.

Dr. Aidan is absolutely amazing! I've been struggling with back pain for over a year and I've tried different doctors and modalities for relief. I feel better after only 2 sessions with him! Not only has he helped with pain relief but we're working on prevention as well. I've already learned so much about how to move my body correctly. I can't wait for my next session!
