My entry into the world of health and wellness was sparked by my curiosity and need for healing. It has been an ongoing journey leading me to many great teachers who have generously shared their wisdom and ways of healing. They taught me profound ways to work with the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. This multi-dimensional approach accelerates healing and weaves the powerful threads of many disciplines into a unique tapestry of healing that I offer to those who seek to eliminate pain and manage health issues without the use of drugs.
