Dr. Dana did an awesome job helping me unravel my low back/core/pelvic issues. I had some muscle activation issues and there's no way I could have figured out what was happening on my own. I also did a session with Dr. Gattas which was also very enlightening. The treatments and education were incredibly valuable to me and my recovery. If you're having any issues with your hips/core/back or more specifically pelvic floor issues, I highly recommend coming here. I've battled with intense back pain for the last 4 years, and I now feel confident I can soon get back to all my activities (including wrestling) thanks to the doctors here!
