Had a 3:15 consultation today. I wasn’t seen until 3:30 or so. Spoke to Peterson about my situation and asked for his opinion on a treatment plan and what the pricing would be. Spoke maybe 20 minutes. I was charged $120 for the consult. I think it’s completely unfair to charge when the prospective patient simply has a visit to discuss treatment and pricing plus check out the facility. He may be good but the set up doesn’t instill much confidence. .

Arrived with significant shoulder and neck pain. A few tests later and I was diagnosed with a rib1 out and a pinched nerve. I left with just muscle soreness/tightness. Remarkable.

Fantastic operation. I never have to wait more than a few minutes to get my session started and Dr. Petersen does a fantastic job. I’m always in and out quickly with little wait and my back feels much better after every visit.

Dr. Petersen and his team are outstanding! I've had some chronic back issues that I sometimes ignore. So I always appreciate his expert care and empathy. I always feel immediately better when I have an appointment. I love the low stress environment. He's always on time and I can get in and out and on my way! I would highly recommend him.
