Dr. Kelly Alhooie, DPT, DN-cert, RYT is currently NOVA’s leading Physical Therapist. Previously, she practiced in leading cities across the U.S. ( Atlanta, Rochester, Portland, and Irvine). This exposure gave her the opportunity to learn from and train alongside the top Functional and Integrative medicine doctors, DC, NP, MD, and PA’s. Using an integrative approach to health/ wellness is where she has seen the most success for her patients. Her specialties are in Orthopedics and Pelvic Health. Being an experienced professional in both these fields allows her to treat patient’s body as a whole. Dr. Alhooie is about providing quality of care to her patients which is why she is dedicated to spending at least one hour with each patient. Her practice sets itself apart from all others because it is not dictated by a diagnosis code or insurance reimbursement. Dr. Kelly Alhooie, DPT,DN- cert, RYT graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY.Dr. Kelly Alhooie founded OrthoPelvic Physical Therapy because she was concerned about the “true” wellbeing of the patients that were entrusting themselves with their care. Prior to launching her company, she treated 20+ patients a day with aids performing most of her work. This did not allow for quality time with each patient to have a multidimensional approach to help the patient achieve their goal faster. Which is why she treats each patients for at least one hour.
