So many reasons why Dr. Adam and everyone at Optimum Health gets 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ they make you feel like family from the very first visit, and always make sure to accommodate crazy schedules. I began coming when I was 4 months pregnant. I couldn’t stand for more than 5 minutes without being in so much pain. I received adjustments that were safe enough for me and my baby. By the 3rd visit my pain already subsided, and by the 3rd week, I felt like a new person!! Fast forward to today and I am 4 months postpartum, Dr. Adam has helped me with “mom back pain”, pregnancy induced carpal tunnel, knee pain, trigger finger, headaches, and so much more! I have already recommended this practice to everyone who tells me they are in pain… if that’s you, don’t hesitate!
