I started going to Mountain State Wellness because I was having daily neck and back pain, and nothing I tried at home was helping. Since seeing Dr. Lucas, my pain is completely gone. His upper cervical approach is so gentle, but the results have been amazing. I feel better, I move better, and I’m genuinely thankful for the care I’ve received here. The office is welcoming, the staff is kind, and Dr. Lucas takes the time to explain everything so you understand what’s going on. I’m so glad I found this place! If you’re dealing with neck or back issues, definitely give Mountain State Wellness a try. It has made such a difference for me!

I started seeing Dr. Lucas at the beginning of September with severe sciatica that was greatly impacting my daily routine. They took the time to explain what was happening and why, created a personalized plan, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Mountain State Wellness has been a great experience overall. Dr. Lucas is phenomenal, along with the staff. My treatment plan has worked great. I went with neck pain and headaches and haven’t had a headache since about my third visit. 10/10 recommend!!!!
